At this halal breakfast spot, soft, crisp roti come out of a huge charcoal pan in moments, served with tender beef or chicken curry; the chicken matsaman is a little sweeter, with a peanut aroma. MICHELIN describes it as 70 years old and gives it a Bib Gourmand (MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026). Our advice: finish with the roti with banana and egg, made without added sugar.
