About Roti Chaofa
Roti Chaofa is a long-running Thai-Muslim shop on Chaofa Road, busy with locals every morning. Rotis are cooked to order at a station facing the street, light and crisp rather than oily, and the beef curry served with them is rich and warming (MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026, Bib Gourmand). Our advice: come early, when the morning crowd is at its liveliest.
