About Phuket Thai Hua Museum

The museum on Krabi Road occupies a two-storey Sino-Portuguese building opened in 1934 as a school teaching in Hokkien Chinese, the first and only one in the province. Its exhibitions trace the lives, customs and beliefs of Phuket’s Hokkien migrants and their ties with the island’s Thai people (TAT).

Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Phuket Thai Hua Museum before you go.
