About Phuket Walking Street (Lard Yai)
Every Sunday from 4pm, Thalang Road in the old town becomes a walking street among Sino-Portuguese shophouses, in zones for souvenirs, activities and local food: Phuket desserts, folk crafts, clothing and accessories, with Manohra dance, folk music and young performers on its small stages (TAT). Our advice: arrive before dusk to see the shophouses in daylight, then stay for supper.
